Anyone actually used an infrared grill? - infrared burner
I am looking for a new gas grill and noticed that "new infrared burner. I get how they work, but I have not heard of any, actually tried to cook in one of them. Someone there with a ? Any tips?

We have friends, a grill with an infrared burner last summer, and I hope so. You like it hot, but reduces the amount of the cooking surface to grill regularly. Also, it has become very happy on the quality of the network in general.

Yes, we have used. Once. The chicken was burnt. Now only rotisserie chicken on a flame, not the infrared.
There is a network of infrared but not with a toaster oven and infra-love it! Things are much faster and more evenly than in a conventional oven.
Good luck with it! That sounds pretty ... I always get comfortable with a charcoal grill! :)
