Thinking about getting a storage units with out climate control, yes or no? - carton furniture

I live here in El Paso, TX, and what is really hot in the summer, what are the things that can easily be damaged in such weather? I have most of my things in boxes and some in plastic containers. My husband deployed by Wil 15 months, and I will leave the city. Wharton things that we in our electronics business, mattresses, furniture?

take into account humidity and so on. Who controls the weather will be closed longer, rather an atmosphere that you have at home. I do not want to give the feeling to sit comfortable furniture, especially with high humidity, because only damaged. and for 15 months? may be, the very bad ..

Heat is not too good for them either.

ya'll, if you can afford it, I would go with the climate-controlled Ones.

In this climate, I would be a dehumidifier to keep mold and mildew everywhere. Also, all this in mind, should not be there (ribbons, candles, etc..)

Friend has a storage facility in Missouri. We deal with heat, cold, humidity, insects, rodents, and all the problems of the time. His place has no air conditioning or heating.

His fundamental concern is:
Rodents. Small animals like to go into storage bins. Always use the closet, but often visits and treatment at the box office for insects and rodents. Traps and repellents.

Storage facilities do not do it for you.

Visit the site often and dust furniture, keep the most covered with plastic, and you arrange things from time to time to ensure that no hidden defects in it.

I'm in New Jersey, all air-conditioning
But I think you should take something like
Electronics and photos, tapes, media in an air conditioner, --- it is much better when you move in
--- These places are colder than most cinemas or
--- Electronic Shopping Centers should not be read ---
PCB dry ... All moving parts can be dry ...
If you have a pleasant and cool storage --- common need (just kidding here)
