Who will make me a music video for free? - free video electro torture

As a duo as Felsic, which specializes in electronic pop and interest payments from a record company.
The problem is that they want to see a music video to accompany one of our concerns, and we have no money or experience to make music videos.
That is why I ask. Who would be a decent music video for free?
Any help would be very grateful.
